Congratulations to Michelle, Grace, Sunny, and Emily on receiving their Immigration Specialist Certifications. Taiwan’s National Immigration Agency (NIA) Ministry of the Interior, oversaw the eight-weekend course and the final examination. All four of the PFR team members passed with flying colors. The course curriculum consisted of the following:
- Introduction to the Nationality & Immigration Act
- Laws and Regulations Regarding Hong Kong & Macao Affairs
- Act Governing Relations between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area
- Regulations Governing Visiting, Residency, and Permanent Residency of Aliens
