As many airlines are suspending their direct flights to South Korea due to a rapid increase of Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Ministry of Justice has come up with a temporary measure for short-term visitors who have troubles on their return flight schedules. This measure is effective from 3 March 2020 until further notice.
